Return & Refund Policy

At RECORD COFFEE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only on eligible merchandise items (non-coffee) within 30 days of delivery.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Coffee bags and single serve cups (due to food safety), unless there is a quality or damage issue on delivery
    • Gift cards or discount codes
    • Downloadable products or software
    • Some health and personal care items
    • Custom or discontinued items
  • Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Partial orders or individual pieces: We do not accept returns on individual items or partial orders; this policy applies only to complete orders.
  • Return authorization: Please do not send any returns without prior authorization. Contact us first via email at fractal-digital@pm.me with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong or defective items). In approved cases, original shipping fees will be refunded.
  • In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for:
    • Items with obvious signs of use
    • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued at our discretion.
  • Contact us promptly for exchange requests.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return (if eligible).
  • If the gift was sent to the gift giver, refunds will be issued to the purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after approval, please:
    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company; there may be processing delays.
    3. Contact your bank.
    4. If after these steps you still have not received your refund, get in touch with us.
